  Ingredients: Rice flour - 1 cup Gluten-free Maida - 2 tsp Gluten-free flour - 2 tsp Water - 1 ½ cups Sugar - 5-6 tbsp (adjust to taste) Dahi (plain yogurt) - 2 tsp Ghee (clarified butter) - 2 tbsp Sesame seeds - ¼ cup Salt – a pinch Oil - for deep frying   Procedure: In a large bowl, combine the rice flour, gluten-free maida, gluten-free flour, and a pinch of salt. In a saucepan, bring 1 ½ cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the sugar until it is completely dissolved. Immediately add the flour mixture to the boiling water, stirring vigorously until a dough forms. Remove the pan from the heat, cover it, and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
