Till and Jaggery Ladoos

 


||Ingredients||

 

Sesame (Til) Seeds - 200g

 

Jaggery - 200g

 

Ghee - 2 tbsp

 

||Method||

 

Dry Roast the sesame seeds in a pan till they are golden brown and fluffy. Then take them out in a bowl.

 

Now add ghee and jaggery in the same pan. Melt it on low flame. Only melt it for 2 to 3 minutes, don't make syrup out of it.

 

Switch off the flame and mix the roasted sesame seeds in it.

 

Mix well. Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes.

 

Then apply a little water on your fingers and make the ladoos.

 

||Notes||

 

The quantity of sesame seeds and jaggery should be approximately same.
