Tomato and Coriander Puris

 


||Ingredients||

 

Gluten free chapati flour – 1 + 1/2 cup

 

Gluten free maize flour - 1/4 cup

 

Gluten free Chickpea flour (besan) - 1/4 cup

 

Flaxseed powder - 1/4 cup

 

Tomato puree - 1/2 cup

 

Chopped coriander - 3 to 4 tbsp

 

Oil - 2 tsp

 

Spices - Salt – as per taste

              Red chilly powder – as per taste

              Coriander powder – as per taste

              Carom seeds – as per taste

              Turmeric powder – as per taste

 

 

||Method||

 

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough with a very little help of water.

 

Let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

 

After that fry the puris.
