Rumali Roti
||Ingredients||
Maida replacer - 2 cups
Gluten free flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Maida replacer - for dusting
Milk - 3/4 cup
||Method||
In a bowl add maida replacer, gluten free flour and
salt. Mix well.
Now knead the dough with a help of milk.
Grease the dough with oil and cover it for at least 30
minutes.
Now smoothen the dough and divide it into equal portions.
Take 1 portion and make a ball out of it. Flatten it
with the
help of some maida replacer.
Roll it as thin as
possible into a circle.
Now heat a tava and place the roti on it .
After 10-15 seconds when bubbles start forming over the roti, flip it and cook the other
side as well with a help of towel or spatula.
Once the golden brown spots start appearing, the rumali roti is
done.
Serve the roti immediately with any curry of your
choice.
||Notes||
Don't overcook the roti or else it will
turn hard.
The amount of milk can vary.
The dough should be soft.
