Spinach Rice Flour Frankie

 


||Ingredients||

 

Rice Flour (any flour that has a majority rice content) - 1 cup

 

Water - 1 cup

 

Salt - 1/4 tsp

 

Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp

 

Oil - 2 tsp

 

||Method||

 

Take a vessel, add water, salt, Carom seeds and oil.

 

Boil this on high flame.

 

After boil simmer the flame, add the rice flour and mix it.

 

Turn off the flame. Cover this mixture for 5 - 10 minutes so that it cools slightly

 

After the given time take it out in a bowl and knead it with a little water .

 

Give it a rest of 15-20 minutes again.

 

Then make a chapatti out of it.

 

||Notes||

 

If you want to add spinach puree to it then add 2-3 tbsp while it's boiling. Also add extra 2 tbsp flour.

 

For stuffing I used beetroot, capsicum, carrot, onion, potato, tomato, corn and spices.
